O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level customer service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and ASE certification is preferred to assist with automotive parts and service.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing payments, handling returns, and resolving issues while supporting stock and planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns according to policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Perform stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Operate store test equipment after training and company requirements are met.
• Assist with daily operations and deliveries when needed.
