Luther Automotive Group in Minnesota is seeking an Amazon Parts Sales Coordinator to grow our online parts channel. You will create and optimize listings, manage pricing and fitment data, and coordinate orders, shipping, and inventory across teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has e-commerce experience, works well independently, is detail-oriented, and communicates clearly with parts, accounting, and management to drive profitable growth on Amazon.

Competenze

• Experience with e-commerce and online marketplace listings.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and order management.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings for OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain strong seller rating.
• Process orders and coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and pricing.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues per dealership policies.
• Research part numbers and availability to ensure correct parts.
• Identify sales opportunities and track revenue, fees, and returns.
• Coordinate with parts, accounting, and management to reconcile transactions.
