Job summary

Friendsofkerhonkson seeks an automotive parts delivery driver to service pro customers and walk-in buyers. You will pick, stage, and deliver parts, handle returns, and distribute sale flyers while promoting loyalty programs.

You’ll build strong customer relationships and assist with upselling while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role emphasizes safe driving, English communication, basic math, and the ability to read safety rules and product catalogs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
