Job summary

Toyota of North Miami is seeking a Parts Counter person to join one of the country’s largest parts sales teams. You will oversee the full parts sales process, locate back-ordered items with the parts manager, and handle special orders with excellent customer communication.

You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A valid U.S. driver's license and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to the industry.
