The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork within a family-owned dealership group that handles VW and other brands on the campus.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred, dealership background strongly preferred.
• Experience with Volkswagen or European-brand parts is a plus.
• Previous dealership or automotive parts experience required.
• Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and dealership computer systems.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to work at fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs.
• Look up and identify parts accurately.
• Fill shop parts requests quickly to keep technicians productive.
• Order and receive Volkswagen and aftermarket parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and help control obsolescence.
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts.
• Handle phone and counter sales.
• Build strong relationships with our service department and wholesale customers.
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient.
