Job summary

BMW of Brooklyn seeks a motivated Parts Cashier/Counter Representative to greet customers, help them locate BMW parts and accessories, and process transactions accurately while keeping inventory organized. You will work closely with service and parts teams to answer inquiries, handle returns, and support ongoing operations.

A high school diploma and retail or cashiering experience are preferred; strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, parts sales, or cashiering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in locating and purchasing the correct BMW parts and accessories.
• Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and warranties.
• Communicate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims per company policy.
