You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions and managing inventory.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating and selling BMW parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, parts sales, or cashiering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Saturday with and one other day off during the week. You will be required to work some Saturdays and some late nights.
