Audi Central Houston, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Parts Counterperson to sell parts retail over the counter, by phone, or for shop orders. You will assist walk-in customers, pull stock, quote prices, and set up daily shipments or pickups.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, one year in an automotive parts department and one year of sales. You must be able to work with the public, wear a dealership uniform, and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions and information.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Professional appearance and ability to work with the public.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license).

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companions, and upsell products.
• Pull items from stock; arrange emergency orders if needed.
• Answer phone quotes and support outside sales representatives.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Notify Shop Foreman and customers when parts arrive.
• Maintain clean front and rear counter areas and assist with training when required.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers and departments.
