Fred Beans Automotive Group in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Counterperson at our Ford store to deliver excellent parts-counter service to customers and technicians. You will assist with part identification, pricing, and inventory, while supporting a fast-paced service department.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter by listening to inquiries and supplying parts promptly.
• Helper technicians by matching parts to requests and pricing.
• Coordinate with Service to ensure parts requests are fulfilled.
• Stock incoming products and manage inventory.
