Lincoln of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified Auto Parts Counterperson to sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers. You will interact with the Service Department and strive for the highest customer satisfaction while managing multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, automotive exposure is a plus, and familiarity with CDK is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of customer service experience, automotive experience a plus.
• CDK experience; electronic parts catalog.
• High school graduate/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers.
• Interact with the Service Department and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Must multi-task and be efficient; report to Parts Manager.
