Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. in California seeks an Autos Cashier who will greet customers, promote sales, process payments, and uphold Pick-n-Pull policies in a fast-paced auto salvage yard environment.

The role supports store operations and can lead to growth into Parts Specialist and Retail Sales Lead through product knowledge and performance. The position requires a proactive, team-oriented attitude, ability to work weekends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or service role.
• Clear reading/writing in English.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and engage to ensure they receive the assistance they need.
• Promote sales and service to customers.
• Follow safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
• Complete sales training and apply the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model.
• Follow loss prevention and cash-handling guidelines.
• Escalate to leadership when customer situations require supervision.
• Support store operations with housekeeping and other duties.
• Uphold integrity in every interaction and transaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
