Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Albuquerque to assist with preparing vehicles for painting alongside the Auto Painter, ensuring a smooth workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
• Sand and buff and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
