Caliber Collision in Morgantown is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting and support the Auto Painter to maintain an efficient workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth and workspace well‑maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in paint operations in a collision center, must be 18+, and hold a valid driver’s license. Training and certifications such as I-CAR/ASE are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting and assist in the process.
• Sand, buff, and refine surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the paint booth and workspace.
• Assist Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow and production.
