Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Martinsburg, WV to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting and maintaining the paint booth and workspace. You will sand, buff, and perform related prep work to support efficient production in a busy collision center.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center, are 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and can pass eligibility checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: prior collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff as part of prep work and maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly and safely according to Caliber and OEM standards.
• Support a productive workflow in a fast-paced collision center.
