Job summary

Caliber Collision in Colorado Springs is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to support the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting, sanding and buffing, and keeping the paint booth clean and organized. You must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license, with 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center.

Overtime is eligible; competitive weekly pay and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber insurance coverage
• Nice to have: collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with Auto Painter
• Perform sanding and buffing; maintain paint booth and workspace
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment
