Job summary

Caliber Collision in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting, sanding and buffing as needed, and maintain a clean paint booth and workspace. You will assist the Auto Painter to ensure a smooth workflow and meet Caliber and OEM standards using modern equipment.

The role requires 1+ year in paint operations, 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace in clean, safe condition.
• Repair vehicles according to Caliber and OEM standards.
• Support Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
