Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks an Auto Painter Helper at our Jacksonville, FL center to prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter. You will sand, buff, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.

You may be asked to repair vehicles according to Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment, with safety and quality in mind, and opportunities for overtime and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber insurance.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to support efficient workflow.
• Assist with vehicle repairs per Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
