Job summary

Carvana is seeking Auto Painters in Framingham, MA to join our 2nd shift team. You will prime vehicles, perform final sanding, buffing, touch-up, paint mixing and airbrush tasks in a fast-paced reconditioning facility.

We offer competitive pay of $23–$27 per hour based on experience, with 100% company-paid healthcare premiums, paid time off, ASE reimbursements, tuition assistance and 401(k) matching. Overtime may be required to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting.
• Willingness to buff, touch-up, mix paint and use airbrush.
