Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist in preparing vehicles for painting and supporting the Auto Painter to ensure a smooth workflow. This role includes sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace in a production shop environment.

You will help repair vehicles safely and thoroughly following Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment, with opportunities for hands-on experience and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter; sand and buff as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure clean, efficient workflow.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly and safely in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using available equipment.
