Job summary

Caliber Collision in Canton, CT is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting and assist the Auto Painter for a smooth workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to meet Caliber and OEM standards using our up-to-date equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and adapting to a fast-paced production environment.

• Assist Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting.
• Perform sanding and buffing as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of the paint booth and surrounding workspace.
• Support production flow to ensure efficient painting schedules.
