The role requires attention to safety, quality, and consistent performance in a fast-paced setting. You will work with a collaborative production team under the supervision of a Production Supervisor and a Production Lead, with opportunities for cross-training and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety while performing hands-on, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and maintain auto packaging machines to meet production goals.
• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Complete required production documentation and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with cross-training and support lean or regulated manufacturing processes.
