Edison Chouest Offshore is currently accepting applications for an Auto Mechanic position.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to diagnose and repair various computer controlled automotive systems using scan tools.
• Must be able to diagnose automotive electrical systems with the use of a volt/multimeter.
• Must have the ability to diagnose and repair the different systems found on an automobile such as brakes, engine, steering & suspension, transmissions & drive axles, A/C & Heating systems, powertrain management & engine performance.
• Must be willing to perform basic maintenance responsibilities as needed.
• Must be willing to accept the challenge and adapt to performing repairs to non-automotive equipment.

Personal Qualifications Needed:

• Valid drivers license/ Clean MVR a must
• Dependable, Self Motivating, Problem Solver
• Strong Mechanical Background
