Responsibilities include handling litigation claims, conducting investigations, managing litigation strategies with defense counsel, and ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations. Ideal candidates must have a college degree or 5 years of claims adjusting experience along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal and medical terminology.
• Ability to pass written examinations to become a licensed claim adjuster.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation claims in accordance with established office procedures.
• Determine coverage and draft applicable reservations of rights letters.
• Conduct prompt investigations by securing statements from involved parties/witnesses.
• Litigation Management including strategizing with defense counsel.
• Prepare and present claim evaluations to secure appropriate settlement authority.
