HUB International in British Columbia is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee who will build strong client relationships, actively promote ICBC and private auto insurance, and drive daily performance with a customer-focused approach. No insurance experience is required—we provide full training to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.

You’ll handle renewals and transactions, hit sales targets, and contribute to a high-energy team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private auto insurance products to meet targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals and transfers.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value.
• Support the branch with phone calls, admin tasks, and inventory/restocking.
