HUB International in Canada is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee to join a high-energy sales team. No experience required; full training will help you earn the Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days, launching a career with growth potential.

You will build client and dealership relationships, promote ICBC and private auto insurance, and strive to meet daily to monthly targets, with comprehensive benefits and earning opportunities.

Formación

• No insurance experience required; full training provided to earn Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients, teammates and dealership partners.
• Target-driven; able to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote ICBC and private insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions: renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, etc.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value and drive performance metrics.
• Support the branch by handling phone calls, admin tasks, and inventory restocking.
