Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
• License: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred, but not required; company will support obtaining one

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the agency management system; ensure deposits and documentation.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport and guide clients to best-fit insurance products.
