Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Ceres, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will build relationships, grow earnings through commissions, and participate in training and licensing to advance your career.

This full‑time role offers unlimited commissions, a sign‑on bonus up to $4,000, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Preferred Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
