You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, drive growth by building client relationships, and maintain accurate financial records with deposits and documentation in the agency system.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Licensing not required but Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions with timely deposits and scanned documentation in the agency system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that best fit their needs.
