Job summary

You will join the Young Automotive Group body shop as a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician, handling removal, installation, and repair of automotive glass with emphasis on safety and quality. Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred.
Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques and safety standards.
Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass.
Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable.
Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations.
Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable).
Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion.
Maintain tools and workspace.
Collaborate with body shop team to ensure efficient workflow.
