Job summary

Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics is hiring a full-time Auto Glass Technician to install glass and complete repairs for customers. This role includes mobile and in-shop replacements, windshield chip repairs, and ADAS recalibrations training within the first 30 days.

You’ll work primarily 8:00–17:00, with limited overtime as needed, and benefit from a strong support network across 200+ locations. The company offers full benefits, a company van, cell phone, and fuel card, plus top-notch tooling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Auto glass installer experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work 8 am-5 pm Monday–Friday with some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile and in-shop auto glass replacements for all customer types.
• Remove and install glass for Body Shop customers.
• Perform windshield chip repairs.
• Opportunity to expand knowledge with ADAS windshield recalibrations.
• Pre-inspect vehicles and document pre-existing damage in the mobile app.
• Inspect parts for damage and report issues for resolution.
