Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. in Denver offers a Technician Trainee program designed to train you to become a Safelite-certified Technician, with hands-on glass repair, replacement and recalibration work and eventual SafeTech certification.

You'll receive paid training, with weekly pay starting at $23.50/hour and rising to $27.75/hour after certification, plus tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 yearly, 401(k) with company match, medical plans, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
  • Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
  • Provide additional services and products as needed.
  • Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
