AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is seeking an Auto Glass Technician Trainee in Texas. You will receive hands-on training while learning professional auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and vehicle care services under experienced technicians.

You’ll gain skills in windshield repair, rock chip repair, ADAS camera recalibration, and customer education, while helping with appointments and shop operations in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn a skilled trade.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics or auto glass repair is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn windshield repair, rock chip repair, and crack repair techniques.
• Assist with windshield replacement and auto glass installation.
• Learn ADAS camera recalibration procedures.
• Inspect vehicle glass and identify repair or replacement solutions.
• Educate customers about windshield repair versus replacement.
• Learn to recommend additional vehicle care services, including window tint installation, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and daily shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
