Job summary

Glass Doctor in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Trainee Auto Glass Technician who will learn to install and repair auto glass while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist experienced technicians, gain hands-on training, and help identify opportunities to broaden service delivery.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, capable of lifting heavy windshields, comfortable with tablet-based systems, and possess a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Prior auto glass experience is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields.
• Proficiency navigating tablet-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures.
• Help insure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT).
• Perform other duties including cross-training in related positions.

The Trainee Auto Glass Technician is key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist with repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures

Benefits: Benefits package varies by location

Compensation: $25,000.00 to $35,000.00
