Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver repair, replacement and recalibration services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You’ll use advanced Safelite tools and systems to ensure safety, quality and outstanding customer experience.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED (SafeTech certification preferred/required), valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, diagnose issues and test recalibrations.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage customer interactions across channels.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to PPE policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies.
