Job summary

Glass America in San Antonio, TX is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis.

You will install glass, use proper tools, complete paperwork, and maintain a safe driving record while delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, 4–6 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilizes proper tools and techniques for quality installation.
• Completes required paperwork and adheres to company policies.
• Maintains a safe driving record and outstanding customer service.
• Loads glass in the truck and coordinates with Glass Manager on issues.
