Auto Glass USA in Colorado is seeking a dependable Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and repairing automotive glass while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include removing and installing windshields and related glass, performing calibrations when required, documenting findings with photos, and ensuring proper use of primers and urethane.

Qualifications

• Previous auto glass installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• ADAS calibration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and related components.
• Perform recalibrations and assist with ADAS procedures when required.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to installation and document findings with photos.
• Ensure proper use of primers, urethane, and installation materials.
• Verify all moldings, clips, sensors, and accessories are functioning properly after installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and coworkers.
• Follow company procedures for invoicing, documentation, and warranty compliance.
• Safely drive company vehicles and comply with all traffic laws.
• Assist with shop duties, inventory handling, and deliveries as needed.
