Glass Doctor in Naples, FL is seeking an Auto Glass Technician with 1+ year experience to install auto glass on domestic and foreign vehicles, perform ADAS calibrations, and handle rock chip repairs while putting customers at ease.

Qualifications

• One year or more of auto glass installation experience.
• Knowledge of basic tools of the trade.
• Insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.
• Reference checks to verify prior job experience.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass products for domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete calibrations on vehicles with ADAS safety systems.
• Perform rock chip repairs.
• Handle other auto glass-related tasks.
• Explain services to customers and identify needs.
• Collect payment from customers for the work performed.
