Job summary

Glass Doctor is hiring a Trainee Auto Glass Technician in Florida who will support repairs and replacements of auto glass at our locations. You will help identify opportunities to sell additional work while maintaining a high level of customer service and professional conduct.

You should be self-motivated, able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn from trained professionals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the auto glass industry.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields.
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology.
• Professional appearance and personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures.
• Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT).
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
