Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Vermont to learn the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training, ultimately earning the Safelite SafeTech certification. You will assist with auto glass installation, calibration of safety systems, and providing additional services while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

The role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay starting at $20.25/hour (rising to $24/hour after certification), and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
