Auto Glass Technician

Pay Range: $22 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Automotive Glass Replacement: Expertly replace and repair automotive glass on a variety of vehicles
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry and company standards for safety and excellence
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions and explaining procedures clearly
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Documentation: Accurately record services performed and materials used

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years experience in automotive glass replacement
• License: Valid Driver’s License
• Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
