Job summary

The Glass Doctor of North Texas in Denton, TX is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to install OEM windshields and glass with precision. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, a competitive hourly wage, overtime, and a bonus program.

You will perform ADAS calibrations, diagnose camera and sensor issues, and maintain a clean, organized vehicle and workspace while delivering professional service and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional auto glass installation experience (1+ year considered for strong candidates).
• Experience with ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic).
• Strong knowledge of urethane systems, trim removal, and R&R techniques.
• Comfort using tablets, apps, and calibration software.
• A professional appearance & customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license. Must pass background check and MVR/driving eligibility.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, back glass, and moldings with elite attention to detail.
• Perform static & dynamic ADAS calibrations using Autel or OEM-approved systems.
• Diagnose and resolve camera, radar, and sensor alignment issues.
• Follow OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Protect customer vehicles using proper covers, tools, and materials.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, demonstrating a here-to-serve mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized van and workspace.
• Complete 5–7 quality jobs per day (mobile & shop mix).

Auto Glass Technician for The Glass Doctor of North TexasDallas, TX | Full-Time | $28–$35/hr. + OT + Bonus

Daily responsibilities include:

Why Us:

Pay is $25-$35 hr. (based on experience). Overtime after 40 hours.
