Job summary

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is expanding our technician team in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician with 2+ years of installation experience and ADAS calibration expertise.

Expect 7:30a start, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, and a pay range of $28–$35 per hour plus OT and bonus. Qualifications

• 2+ years professional auto glass installation experience.
• 1+ year considered for strong candidates.
• Experience with ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic).
• Strong knowledge of urethane systems, trim removal, and R&R techniques.
• Comfort using tablets, apps, and calibration software.
• A professional appearance & customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license. Must pass background check and MVR/driving eligibility.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, back glass, and moldings with elite attention to detail.
• Perform static & dynamic ADAS calibrations using Autel or OEM-approved systems.
• Diagnose and resolve camera, radar, and sensor alignment issues.
• Follow OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Protect customer vehicles using proper covers, tools, and materials.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, demonstrating a here-to-serve mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized van and workspace.
• Complete 5-7 quality jobs per day (mobile & shop mix).
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30a-work is complete with rotating Saturdays.
