Job summary

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is expanding our auto glass technician team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on installing OEM windshields, performing ADAS calibrations, and delivering top-notch customer service.

You will maintain vehicle and toolbox organization, document work per OEM procedures, and handle 5–7 jobs daily across mobile and shop settings. Valid driver’s license required; background check and MVR will be performed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional auto glass installation experience.
• Experience with ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic).
• Strong knowledge of urethane systems, trim removal, and R&R techniques.

Responsibilities

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, back glass, and moldings with elite attention to detail.
• Perform static & dynamic ADAS calibrations using Autel or OEM-approved systems.
• Diagnose and resolve camera, radar, and sensor alignment issues.
• Follow OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Protect customer vehicles using proper covers, tools, and materials.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, demonstrating a here-to-serve mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized van and workspace.
• Complete 5–7 quality jobs per day (mobile & shop mix).
