Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Highlands Ranch, CO to be trained to become a Safelite SafeTech certified technician. The program covers auto glass installation, recalibration and diagnostic work, and emphasizes a service mindset to delight customers.

You will receive paid training, start at $22.25/hour with increases to $26.50/hour after training and certification, and enjoy benefits including 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays and volunteer days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot and complete diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services & products as part of the role.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
