Job summary

Safelite in Colorado is seeking a Technician Trainee to learn the Safelite Way through hands-on and classroom training, including earning the Safelite SafeTech certification. The trainee will gain essential auto glass repair and recalibration skills while adopting a service mindset to deliver high-quality work.

You will be paid to learn, with potential raises after training and certification, and you’ll receive a generous benefits package including 401(k), medical plans, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Observe, assist, and participate in auto glass installation and repair.
Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
Promote additional services and products.
Study and pass tests to earn Safelite SafeTech certification.
Operate company vehicles, tools and chemicals safely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all policies and standards.
