Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to contribute to our elite auto glass repair team in Rock Hill, SC. You will learn through classroom and hands-on training, repair chips and cracks, and manage customer communication with Safelite’s MRM system while upholding our service standards.

This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and a courteous customer focus. It includes driving company vehicles and participating in a collaborative shop environment with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job training and SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication via MRM technology.
• Clean customer vehicle and perform housekeeping tasks in vehicle and shop.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
