Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to learn and perform vehicle glass repairs using our advanced technology. You will strive to deliver the Safelite Spirit—care, service mindset and high-quality workmanship—to ensure customer happiness.

The role offers hands-on training, paid time off, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year, and a benefits package valued over $10k with 401(k) matching and medical coverage. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer communications using Safelite MRM technology.
• Clean vehicle during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks in shop and vehicle.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
