Boyd's Tire & Service in Central Ohio is hiring a General Service Technician to perform non-technical service repairs such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, and alignments alongside ASE Certified Technicians. Opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a competitive hourly rate of $17–$22 depending on experience.

Qualified candidates should have automotive interest, be able to work Monday–Saturday, possess a valid driver's license and pass an MVR and

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business in the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors or the office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle safely and follows traffic laws.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop and service areas.
