Job summary

Boyd's Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician in Central Ohio. You will perform non-technical service repairs such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, and alignments, while working with ASE-certified technicians to gain training and career advancement.

The role offers competitive bi-weekly pay, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Schedule requires Monday through Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass an MVR, and criminal background check.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from residences or businesses.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors using company vehicle.
• Operate company vehicle safely and legally.
• Perform state safety and emissions inspections as directed.
• Mount/dismount tires, balance wheels, and rotate tires.
• Perform oil changes and basic services as directed.
• Note vehicle conditions and report repairs or safety concerns.
