Job summary

Capital One seeks a Relationship Manager Associate to cultivate partnerships with 60–80 dealerships and deliver high-level service to our Auto Finance team. You will be the primary contact for underwriting and funding issues, guiding deals in house and coordinating with peers.

The role includes outbound calls to capture new business, analyze territories, and adjust plans to meet targets. Training occurs in office with occasional Saturdays; Sundays as needed. A business degree helps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in Financial Services or B2B Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
• 2+ years in Auto Finance helpful.
• 2+ years in Customer Relations encouraged.
• 5+ years in Customer Service encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
• Optimize communication with dealerships via the phone to set goals.
• Review underwriting structures for COAF.
• Guide deals in house for funding.
• Analyze territory production goals.
• Partner with peers to align operations and objectives.
